This publication follows Golding’s 2023 exhibition In the comfort of embers, curated by Joséphine Denis, TD Curator of Education and Outreach Fellow, 2021-23. The exhibition brought together a compelling selection of works by the Norwich, UK–based artist, spanning video, sculptural garments, and photography. The works explore themes of generational trauma, familial bonds, and identity—informed in part by Rastafarian philosophies and practices of care and dreaming.
